Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases from BushLambJewellery. By placing an order, you agree to them. They are written plainly, and they do not limit your rights under Australian law.

One of one

Every piece is handmade around a raw, natural stone and exists exactly once. The photographs on each listing show the exact piece you will receive. Because the stones are raw and untreated, small variations in shape, colour, and texture are part of the piece’s character — not flaws — and are not grounds for a return.

Availability

A piece is only held while your checkout session is active. Adding a piece to your cart does not reserve it — another customer may complete checkout on the same piece first. If that happens, the piece is theirs; we cannot recreate it.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment provider, Stripe. If you are shopping from overseas, your card issuer will convert the charge to your local currency.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a piece is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy — contact us and we will make it right.

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and our returns policy (including our 7-day window for faulty or damaged-in-transit pieces) are set out on our Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
