How much is shipping?

Within Australia, shipping is a flat $5 per item. International shipping is $36 for the first item, plus $15 for each additional item in the same order. Every order includes tracking.

How long will delivery take?

We pack orders within 1–3 business days. From there, allow an estimated 2–6 business days within Australia, and 1–3 weeks for international destinations. Remote areas can take a little longer.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are shopping from overseas, your card will automatically convert the charge to your local currency at checkout.

Can I return my piece?

Because each piece is one of a kind and handmade to be kept, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your piece arrives faulty or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a refund or replacement. What does “moonlight cleansed” mean?

Before a piece is sent, it rests under the light of the full moon — a traditional way of clearing a stone’s stored energy so it arrives fresh for its new keeper. You can repeat the ritual yourself anytime; our care page explains how.

What does “one of one” mean?

It means exactly one exists, and once it is sold it is gone for good. Raw stones are never identical, so no piece can ever be recreated. The photos on each listing show the exact piece you will receive.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Possibly, depending on your country. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on arrival. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.

How do new moon drops work?

A new batch of pieces is released with each new moon. Once a batch is live, pieces are sold on a first-come basis — adding a piece to your cart does not reserve it, only an active checkout does. When a piece is gone, it is gone. The best way to hear about a drop is to watch this space as the new moon approaches.
