Shipping and Returns

Shipping rates

• Australia — flat $5 per item.
• International — $36 for the first item, plus $15 for each additional item in the same order.

Every order includes tracking, so you can follow your piece on its way to you.

Processing and delivery times

We pack and post orders within 1–3 business days. From there, allow an estimated 2–6 business days for delivery within Australia, and 1–3 weeks for international destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees — remote and regional areas can take longer.

Customs and duties

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees their country charges on arrival. We cannot predict these and are unable to mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.

Returns

Each piece is one of a kind and handmade, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If your piece arrives faulty or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page — consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, and if something goes wrong with a piece you are entitled to a remedy.
